competencies. The Procurement Team and Materials Manager combine decades of experience
in the Electronics Industry. We strive to provide uniquely flexible supply chain
solutions for consignment, partial-turnkey and full-turnkey requirements. The way
we accomplish this is:
- Strong partnerships with the best suppliers in the industry
- Developing sourcing strategies with customers from the beginning of the quote process
- Reviewing pricing and availability with each purchase
- An integrated MRP system to drive Sales Order and Forecasted Demands
- Holding safety stock on key components
- Identifying opportunities for procurement solutions such as Bond Programs
and Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI)
- Having a very experienced Inventory Group to keep inventory controlled and accurate
